1..when it is in standing style of towed and go, the distance between parallel wheels on the touching ground would be bit wider than above so it would not be bumping when it is pulled.

2..there is lock in the handbar in the folder of the beam .with one fingure to slice to handbar of folder will be unloc and pull off the handbar of folder ,the folder will be opened.
